You might be looking for a job for a long time. Today is your day to shine and show your talent. Being excited and nervous is totally okay. Here are some useful tips to get over the anxious feelings and feel better immediately;

Tip 1: Speak Slowly

The best way to control your tone and pace is breathing and also drinking small amounts of water. Right when you walk in, the receptionist might ask you for a coffee or water. It is a good idea to get a small cup of water. Every time you get excited you can get a small sip. Of course, don’t exaggerate : ) Try as much as you can to speak slow and focus on your breath.

Tip 2: Choose Your Sound

While you are driving to your interview, turn up the volume and start listening your fav song. This will lift up  your mood and give you sudden energy. At the gym it works, now use that song for this type of occasion.

Tip 3: Snack

When you wake up in the morning, start with an energy boost. This can be a great juice or a small snack. Do not drink coffee. No chocolate as well. You don’t need a sugar rush. This will increase your excitement level. If you are a caffeine addict, drink it after the interview than. You don’t need high heart rate during your interview.
